| What does your service cost? |
Our designers are able to transform your home and work within your budget. We can assure you that the cost of home staging is considerably less than any reduction in price you will need to sell your home. Statistics have shown that improving the look of your home will yield greater returns and quicker sales. |
| Will I need to spend a lot of money? |
Your budget reflects that the number of rooms you want staged, and the amount of furniture and accessories required to give your home the “wow” effect needed to sell the property. Often small changes, including decluttering and rearranging furniture, are all you need to create the right impression on the buyer. |
| How much time will you need to complete your service? |
Once you agree to use our services, we can complete the staging in about a week. If needed, we also provide simple renovations and upgrade services including paint, carpet, tile, exterior landscape, etc. |
| Can I use some of the items I own already? What about the pink angora rug I have hanging in our living room? |
Of course we may use some of the furniture and other items you currently have. Sorry, that pink angora will have to go. |
| Can you stage in unoccupied homes with no furniture? |
Yes, in fact we strongly urge you to stage unoccupied homes. Homes with bare walls and no furniture fail to create the emotional impact you need to sell the home. Our designers know how to give an empty home the warm look that appeals to buyers. |
| Can you assist me in my new home, too? |

| What if I want a simple half-day make-over or redesign. Can you do that? |
